This is a real find – a fantastic restaurant hidden behind the guise of a sporting centre. A real worry on first acquaintance but once inside, the ambiance is sophisticated and the food “out of this world”. The waiters and waitresses are attentive and the choice of food is phenomenal.
If you are used to the Languedoc cuisine then you will not be disappointed, and if you are not used to it, you can try everything on the menu and no-one will be upset if you do not like a dish. This is a fixed priced menu – Buffets a Volonté (“All you can eat”). The wine is delicious and very reasonably priced.
Narbonne itself is a lovely town with many museums and a cathedral. There is a tourist road train and many of the more famous sites can be viewed on this route then explored at your leisure.
