Baked Camembert.

I think it’s safe to say that one of the best things about France, is definitely the food. There is a massive variety of food that will please your tastebuds, and Baked Camembert is one of my favourites.

It’s super easy to make and absolutely delicious.

First things first, you need to preheat your oven, I usually preheat it at about 180ºC.
You then take your Camembert and pierce a few holes in the top (leaving it in the box). You can either remove the top layer of “skin” or you can just leave it on, it’s up to you, both are delicious.
You then leave it to bake in the oven for about 20 minutes, until the middle is runny.

Most restaurants serve this with some toasted bread and some salad, which is how I like it, but it’s entirely up to you what you serve it with. It’s a baked camembert, so let’s face it, it’s gonna be delicious with anything!
