For the next few months here at South France Holiday Villas, we have two enthusiastic students doing their college internship with our company and their first job is to help us make our property visits!
Something that we never fail to do in this company, is visit properties in order to make sure that everything is as we expect it to be, and to make sure that everything is in the best condition possible for our guests. However, having so many properties all over the South of France, it can be quite time consuming to visit every single one, which is why we are making the most of our two little helpers! This week alone, they’ve already visited four properties and reported back to the office to assure us that everything is in tip top condition. They have also taken some brilliant photos of the properties and our very first videos which will be going onto the website very shortly.
Property visits are more often than not, very enjoyable! A few months ago, Juliana and I went to the Cote d’Azur for a few days to visit some of our properties near the Italian border and we had the best time possible! It’s always great to make a little holiday of it, working during the day and then sitting back and relaxing in the evening, whilst enjoying a delicious dinner alongside the beach (yes, this actually happened! Pure heaven!).
So far, our two new additions to the business have taken to the visits extremely well and are always very eager to get out there and do their job, which is fantastic! From now up until mid May, they will be going out to visit properties weekly, in order to get as many done as possible before the summer months. How very exciting!
