It benefits from air conditioning as well as UK Satellite TV, a spacious kitchen, comfortable living area and a fantastic exterior with a private swimming pool. Villa de Vendres is a great holiday villa, ideal for a family or large group It has 5 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms and is located near the Mediterranean beaches and within walking distance of village amenities. The property features a spacious and comfortable lounge/dining area, a fully equipped kitchen, and a large south-facing veranda with a BBQ, perfect for outdoor dining. The beautiful garden includes fruit trees and a private 10x4m saline swimming pool with a sun terrace, loungers, and seating.
Inside, the house is well-equipped with a 42” TV, Blu-ray player, and Bluetooth sound system, along with a dining area for 10. There are two ground-floor bedrooms and three upstairs, comfortably sleeping up to 10 people, with air conditioning, fans, and mosquito blinds throughout.
